• Automatically debit accounts on payment plans using Auto-Pay.

• Post journal entries either directly to the general ledger in Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT or manually to a third-party ledger.

• Manage and review detailed student billing and payment summaries from billing profiles.

• Design and distribute personalized billing statements that automatically populate with the payments, credits, and charges, and other summary information for accounts during statement periods.

• Issue automatic email or SMS notifications for past due balances, upcoming payment reminders, and more.

• Analyze key insights, such as past due aging reports, receivable metrics, actions that need attention, and more, using various reports.
