Constituent Reports and Queries

Use Reports and Queries to group and filter constituent records. Results can be used with Data Import to manage constituent records in batches. A selection of report and query options related to constituents are summarized below.

Reports

Select Data Management, then Reports to access the following features.

Select Reports Classic for pre-configured reports that you can use out-of-the-box. To design your own reports, select Report Writer.

Reports Classic Collections

Contact Reports

  • User List reports the users registered at the site. The download file contains all fields from the constituent database.

  • Top Referrers Report lists the constituents who have referred others to a web site with Tell-a-Friend or Email forwarding

  • Interaction Analysis Report allows you to analyze web site interactions across different categories.

Donation

  • Donation Report returns a list of donations by one or more constituents.

  • Donor Wall of Fame returns information on donors who gave large donations.

  • Donor History provides transactional information about the giving history of one or more donors across all donation forms.

  • Premium Report returns which constituents have requested which premiums (appreciation gifts for donations) including options such as color or size. This report includes constituent names and shipping addresses.

Fundraising

Rewards

  • Rewards Earned Report lists each contact who has earned points. It includes contact information, total points earned, total points redeemed and points currently held.

  • Rewards Redemption Report shows each transaction in which points were redeemed for a reward. It includes contact information, redemption information, tribute or memorial information, and responses to additional questions.

TeamRaiser

  • Participant Performance Report provides data on funds raised, including total dollars, total number of donors, number of new donors, registration fee, and personal donation for each participant.

  • Participant Registration Report includes the details of each participant registration, including contact information, team and participation information, tribute or memorial information, and responses to additional questions.

  • Event Check-in Report includes each participant's emergency contact information, team and participation information, fundraising information, and responses to additional questions.

Report Writer

Select Create a New Report to begin designing your custom report. Then select Constituent as the Application under Report Selection.

Columns and filters offer a wide variety of constituent details including demographics, transactions, and privacy preferences.
