Online Registration Form Tasks
After you configure and set up your event, add an online registration form.
From Events, Overview, open the event record. Then under Online registration forms, select Add form.

After a participant pays through an online registration form, the payment first appears in a gift batch in Gifts, Overview. To view it under Payments on the participant's record, you must first save and approve the batch.
Note: Online registration payments are placed into unapproved batches based on source, date, payment method, and payment configuration. For more information, see Gift Management.
