Settings
From Control Panel, Settings, you can manage various settings for your organization’s Blackbaud Merchant Services account.
Tip: Don't see this option? Contact your system admin for rights to manage account settings.

Under Contact details, you can view your organization's contact details and the statement descriptor that appears on constituents' credit card statements. To update information, select Edit contact details. For more information, see Contact Details.
Tip: Your statement descriptor should be easily recognizable, with a phone number and email address that constituents can contact for transaction-specific inquiries.

Under Disbursement information, you can manage details about the bank account through which you receive disbursements from Blackbaud Merchant Services. To update information, select Edit account. For more information, see Disbursement Information .
Note: To use multiple accounts — such as for each event or fund — set up separate Blackbaud Merchant Services accounts. You can set up as many accounts as necessary. For more information, see Manage Multiple Accounts.

Under Email acknowledgement, manage settings for acknowledgement emails sent through the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal. For example, you can specify how your organization's name appears as the sender, and details such as the subject line and reply to email address. Under Account configurations, add and manage account configurations and adjust settings such as Card Security Code (CSC) and Address Verification System (AVS) levels. For more information, see Account Configurations.

Under Notifications, you can select to receive email messages to inform you of activity within your Blackbaud Merchant Services account — such as for specific types of transactions or disbursements. For more information, see Notifications.

Under PayPal integration, link your account to a PayPal business account to accept PayPal and Venmo through online forms. For more information, see Get Started with PayPal.

Under Signatory authorities, you can manage information about your account's signatory authority and other contacts such as your director, executives, or owners. For more information, see Signatory Authorities.

For those of you with Online Giving and Luminate Online, under Payment domains, you can verify your website domains with Apple to let supporters pay online with Apple Pay. For more information, see Verify a Payment Domain.
