CSRconnect Admin Portal

Use the CSRconnect Admin Portal to manage your programs through tasks, including: 

  • Generating, downloading, and reviewing reports

  • Creating Engagement Elements

  • Updating your community design

  • Building match programs

  • Approving requested matches

  • Managing volunteer events and campaigns

The options on the left-side menu are determined by the features your site has active and the permissions you have been granted on the Roles & Permissions page.

Important Information and CSRconnect Announcements

These sections are updated on a routine basis and relay information about important events, programs, and software updates.

HR file activity

The following are definitions for the HR Activity fields:

Last Run: This is the most recent date when the HR file was loaded into CSRconnect.

Total Count: This is the total number of users listed in the last HR file. This number matches the total number of users listed in the Employee data feed. For more information, navigate to Current Data Feed Offerings, Employees in Data feeds.

Registered Count: This is the current number of employees listed with member IDs. This number includes non-HR registered users and matches the number of users listed in the member_id column of the Employee data feed. It takes about 24 hours to update the Registered Count after the HR file syncs when the data feeds update overnight.

This section provides quick access links to your recently visited pages within the CSRconnect Admin Portal.

The following pages can appear in your Recent Activity list:

Tip: For Standard Reports, Manage Engagements, Match Programs, and Volunteer Grant Requests, the Recent Activity section will link to the specific report, engagement element, match program, or volunteer grant program the user was working with.
