Incentives

Previously, users had to build a new match program every time one was needed. For efficiency and increased accuracy, users can now copy pre-existing match programs to reuse them. Users can also edit any field to customize a copied match program.
For more information, see <link forthcoming>.
Volunteer

We’ve restored the option for event organizers to claim volunteer team grants. Eligible event organizers can submit a volunteer team grant with the accumulated hours from the event.
Note: This update involves team grants for team events only. The event creator or organizer are the only roles that can claim them. If the organizer is claiming the grant, it must be for that specific event.
In addition, the following restrictions apply:
-
If an organizer applies for a grant, the event creator won't see the option to apply those same hours to a grant.
-
If an event creator applies for a grant, the organizer won't see the option to apply those same hours to a grant.
-
If an organizer and event creator attempt to redeem the same hours, the system displays a message for the second submission stating that the hours were already redeemed: "Another organizer has already redeemed the hours you selected."

When adding hours to an existing individual activity, the Completed list now displays the most recent entries first.

Event creators can now add multiple shifts at the same time and copy shift details when creating other shifts for that same event.
For more information, see Add event shifts and Create events and projects.
Reporting

The Board Membership data feed now includes two new columns:
-
board_member_updated_date - Identifies when the board member’s role was last updated (if applicable)
-
is_board_member_active - Indicates whether the employee is an active board member with TRUE or FALSE responses
Additionally, the Board Membership data feed logic now includes both active and inactive board memberships.
For more information, see Data feeds.

The Custom Questions and Volunteer data feeds now include the following check-in columns:
-
checked_in_updated_date - Date and time (based on the event's time zone) when the event organizer updated the participant’s check-in
-
checked_in_status - Participant’s most recent status
-
checked_in_source - Participant's check-in source
-
is_vto_eligible - Identifies whether the event was eligible for Volunteer Time Off (VTO)
In addition, the Events data feed now includes the is_vto_eligible column.
Note: If a participant was on a waitlist but did not join the event, all the above columns will be empty.
For more information, see Data feeds.

The Peer to Peer Fundraiser Details report now includes the Grant Status Request column. This column lists the status of a matching gift or company dollar association type as it flows through processing:
-
Requested
-
Pending
-
Denied
-
Approved
For more information, see Peer to Peer Fundraiser Details.
CSRconnect Admin Portal

We have moved the Record a Fundraiser settings to the CSRconnect Admin Portal so client admins can manage this feature without help from their Customer Success Manager. For more information, see Record a Fundraiser.

We have updated fundraiser settings in the CSRconnect Admin Portal so related settings are now grouped together. We have also updated the name of this page from Fundraiser Design to Fundraisers settings. For more information, see Fundraisers settings.

When an employee has exceeded their match cap, any outstanding match requests in the Approvals Manager will now show an Exceeded Cap warning.

Previously, when an admin searched for an alternate or suggested organization for an enabled processor, the search results included all available organizations. This included charities that could not be selected because they use a different processor.
Now, the search results only include charities that use the required processor and can be selected.
Alternate and suggested organizations are selected from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Processing Settings, Transaction Redirects. For more information on Stranded Funds Automation settings, see Stranded Funds Automation.

To give client admins more control over their community’s events, we have moved event creation settings to the CSRconnect Admin Portal. Client admins can now manage these settings without help from their Customer Success Manager.
For more information, see Event settings.
