General Community
Community Impact home page widget and enablement toggle now available
End users can now view their company’s social good impact directly from the home page. The new Community Impact widget provides real-time visibility into donation activity and matching contributions.
Admins enable or disable the Community Impact widget from the CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, Community, Home Page, giving employees easier access to community impact updates without requiring admin intervention.
The new Community Impact toggle is disabled by default to allow admins to opt in as needed. Admins select which segments can see the widget, and the toggle is fully integrated with the Apply to Segments feature for targeted visibility.
This update empowers admins with more control and flexibility while enhancing employee engagement with community initiatives.

Reinstated Estimated annual total and Estimated annual match total for recurring pledges
To improve clarity and reduce donor confusion, we have reinstated the Estimated annual total and Estimated annual match total fields for the donation checkout flow.
The Estimated annual total appears if you are making a recurring payroll donation. This shows the total donation amount you and your employer commit to donate to the organization annually, minus any applicable fees, based on your projected pay periods.
The Estimated annual match total appears if you are making a recurring payroll donation. This shows the total of your employer’s match annually. The estimated match total is based on the requirements of the selected match program.

Time and time zone information now included for credit card match programs
Admins can now control when a credit card match program is displayed and available, along with defining the start time, end time, and redemption end time. They can also select the applicable time zone. These enhancements provide transparency, scheduling accuracy, and greater clarity for community members and global audiences by specifying exactly when a program begins and ends.
In addition, a new hover feature on the Match Programs page allows admins to view duration details for each existing credit card match program’s start, end, and redemption dates and times. Admins can also use this information as a reference for dates and times to apply to new credit card match programs.

The default time for all date fields is 12:00 AM.

The default time zone is set to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) for all match programs. Admins will need to apply any time zone adjustments to each match program manually.

Existing functionality for rolling match redemption remains unchanged.

The redemption start date field has been removed.
